asked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will call for a report from the royal parks police on the effect on traffic flows on Constitution hill and other roads in the royal parks of the experimental traffic engineering scheme at Hyde park corner.

This experimental scheme came fully into effect only on 20 February. The Royal parks constabulary is monitoring its effects on traffic flows on roads in the Royal parks.
