§ Mr. BlakerThe ship-repair facilities which will remain available at Gibraltar dockyard after closure of the Royal Navy dockyard are the subject of continued study. Until final decisions on this are taken it is not possible to say precisely what form the maintenance arrangements will take. They will however be adequate to ensure that Gibraltar naval base will remain fully operational.
