§ Mr. Alfred Morrisasked the Prime Minister if she will be taking action with regard to the recommendation of the Commonwealth Secretariat that a national council for the disabled, with representatives of the Government, independent organisations and disabled people, should be set up in all Commonwealth countries; and if she will make a statement on the Secretariat's report.

to smaller and less developed countries".It is not therefore applicable to the United Kingdom.
