§ 53. Mr. Welshasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he proposes to have consultations with the Brandt commissioners following the publication of their latest report "Common Crisis".
§ Mr. RifkindWe have had no request for consultations from the Commissioners. Ministers and officials have had discussions with individual members of the Commission from time to time.
