HC Deb 21 February 1983 vol 37 c312W
Mr. Arthur Lewis

asked the Prime Minister whether she is able to give an assurance that adequate and proper facilities are available for a blind person with a guide dog to be properly interviewed by civil servants, and accompanied by the dog when making proper arrangements for such an interview; and whether she will take whatever action may be open to her to ensure that all ministerial and public buildings afford similar facilities.

The Prime Minister

I can see no reason why facilities normally available for interviewing members of the public should not be adequate for a blind person with a guide dog to be properly interviewed, but if the hon. Member has a particular case in mind perhaps he would write to me.
