asked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he is satisfied with the amount of primary health care provided by his Department in aid to Bangladesh.

We provide some aid to Bangladesh for primary health care, and are ready to consider providing more if asked by the Bangladesh Government.
