(2) what will be the role of the City and Guilds (London) Institute and of the Scottish technician education council in the standard testing of apprentices under arrangements approved by the Manpower Services Commission.
§ Mr. AlisonThe development of agreed standards for skill training in engineering and arrangements for testing them is undertaken by a number of bodies, including the City and Guilds (London) institute and the Scottish technical education council, under the general supervision of the engineering industry training board.
