§ Mr. WaldegraveIt is not possible to provide the information requested. The outturn of expenditure for 1982–83 will not be available until later in the year. For subsequent years the implications of the number of students which institutions can accept consistent with the Government's expenditure plans for them are under discussion with the bodies concerned.
