§ Mr. Buchanan-SmithThe National Farmers Union, the Dairy Trade Federation and the Milk Marketing Board have all expressed their opposition to the scheme of aid to small milk producers which the Council adopted in 1982. We have made clear our opposition to the continuation of the scheme in 1983–84 which the Commission has included in its price proposals.
