§ Mr. AlisonTo help employers who need to carry out lengthy recruitment procedures to identify the unemployed replacement worker they need to employ to replace the job release applicant, my Department will be prepared to consider applications made not more than six months before the projected release date of the applicant. This change will come into effect on 6 April 1983, together with the other changes I announced on 22 December in my reply to my hon.
