§ Mrs. FennerUnder the farm capital grant schemes it is a condition that claimants must meet all relevant statutory requirements and obtain all necessary consents; and failure to comply with these conditions can lead to loss of grant. I am satisfied that these are adequate practicable safeguards in the circumstances.
