Mr. Newensasked the Prime Minister if she will invite representatives of all North Atlantic Treaty Organisation Governments to talks on the supply of armaments to Argentina so long as the Argentine Government refuse to commit themselves fully and unequivocally to a cessation of hostilities in the South Atlantic.
