§ Mrs. ChalkerThe inquiry opened on 1 May 1979 and closed on 4 February 1980. The report was delayed by the illness of the inspector, but we have just received it and my right hon. Friends expect to reach a decision by the summer. In accordance with normal practice the report will be published when the decision is announced.
