§ Mr. Winnickasked the Prime Minister, pursuant to her reply of 3 February, whether Her Majesty's Government will make representations to seek the extradition of Walter Rauff from Chile so that he can be brought to justice for crimes against humanity; if she will consult President Reagan over this matter; and if she will make a statement.
