§ Mr. Conlanasked the Secretary of State for Transport if he will publish in the Official Report a comparison of the bids made for capital expenditure eligible for transport supplementary grant in 1983–84 with the accepted Level of spending for each of the following items (a) public transport, (b) highway construction and improvement, (c) parking and (d) depot construction and improvement for the following counties (i) the Greater London council, (ii) all Metropolitan areas, (iii) all shires and (iv) England.
