§ Mr. Proctorasked the Secretary of State for the Environment (1) what proportion of funds given by his Department to the Sports Council in each of the past five years has been spent on salaries and expenses;
(2) what funds have been paid by the Sports Council to privately owned sports clubs, broken down by sport; and if he will make a statement.
