§ Mr. BlakerThe Task Force was organised into a number of task groups which were sub-divided into task units. Their composition changed in response to the demands of the situation. The task groups comprised the carrier battle group, the amphibious group, the land forces, the submarine group and the South Georgia group, together with the guardship at Ascension Island.
