§ Mr. Peter Robinsonasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland if he will make available to the public inspectors' reports on schools in Northern Ireland, and if he will make a statement.
§ Mr. ScottI am not persuaded that inspectors' reports on schools in Northern Ireland should be made available to the public. I am arranging for the publication later this year of a survey of small secondary schools and a general study of small primary schools, both of which will be presented by the inspectorate. I will also be publishing the senior chief inspector's report on the effects of expenditure policies on schools.
