§ Mr. Fieldasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will call for a report from the chief constable of Oxfordshire as to the powers under which police raids on the boarding houses of an Oxford landlord on the morning of 2 September 1982 in connection with a social security fraud inquiry were carried out.
§ Mr. MayhewI understand from the chief constable of Thames Valley police that on 2 September 1982 a boarding house was searched following the issue of a warrant under the Firearms Act 1968.
