HC Deb 10 February 1983 vol 36 c453W
Mr. Greenway

asked the Secretary of State for Defence if any proposals have been made to him to increase the current limit on civil movements at RAF Northolt of 28 per day; and if he will make a statement.

Mr. Wiggin

No. We have said that we would consider discussions about the use of facilities at RAF Northolt with civilian organisations such as the British Airports Authority; but no such talks have taken place. Any such discussions in the future would, of course, take into account the environmental factors associated with flying from RAF Northolt.
