(2) if he has received proposals from small business men and their representative organisations for placing a ceiling on the levying of nor-domestic rates; and if he will make a statement.
§ Mr. Giles ShawA number of individual business ratepayers and representative organisations have proposed changes to the rating system to benefit the non-domestic sector, including the introduction of a relief for non-domestic ratepayers or of a ceiling on non-domestic rates. We are considering all these points as we develop our policies for the future.
