Mr. Cook

asked the Secretary of State for Scotland how much money was made available to health boards in Scotland in 1980–81, 1981–82 and 1982–83 under the support funding scheme; and how this compares (a) in terms of gross amounts and (b) in terms of amount per head of population with the money made available to health authorities in England and Wales over the same periods under the parallel joint financing scheme.
