§ Mr. Woolmerasked the Minister for Trade (1) what percentage of United Kingdom coastal shipping trade was carried in United Kingdom ships in each of the past five years;
(2) what was the percentage of United Kingdom coastal shipping trade carried by ships under each of the five main non-United Kingdom flags in each of the past two years;
(3) what percentage of cargo carried by United Kingdom shipping is accounted for by United Kingdom coastal trade.
