§ Mr. RossiThere are 13 special investigators employed in the Glasgow area; they do not form a special unit but are part of the complement of, and operate from, individual local offices. In addition, two specialist claims control teams, each of four investigators, are based in Glasgow but cover the whole of the south-west and west of Scotland.
