§ Mr. WaddingtonGhanaians expelled from Nigeria can return to their own country and are not refugees within the definition of the 1951 convention relating to the status of refugees and its 1967 protocol. Any application for settlement in the United Kingdom would be considered under the relevant immigration rules.
