§ Mr. Farrasked the Secretary of State for Transport when he now expects the bypass of Billesdon, Leicestershire, to be (a) commenced and (b) completed.
§ Mrs. ChalkerSubject to the satisfactory completion of the statutory procedures and funds being available at the time, construction of the bypass is now expected to start in November 1984 with completion in August 1986.
To take account of representations made following the publication of the draft line and side roads orders, the Coplow junction has been redesigned. A revised draft side roads order and the draft compulsory purchase order will be published this summer.
