HC Deb 03 February 1983 vol 36 c179W
Mr. Skinner

asked the Secretary of State for Wales what is the approximate number of homes in Wales (a) deemed unfit for human habitation, (b) lacking basic amenities, (c) needing repairs costing £2,000 or more and (d) needing repairs costing £6,000 or more.

Mr. Wyn Roberts

The information is contained in tables 1–3 of the 1981 Welsh house condition survey, a copy of which is in the Library. The repair cost bands used in that report do not correspond precisely with those requested.
