HC Deb 03 February 1983 vol 36 cc195-6W
Mr. Dewar

asked the Secretary of State for Scotland if, further to his reply of 23 April 1982, Official Report, c. 163, he will now give a detailed breakdown of the following aggregated figures for 1982–83 contained in his reply, namely (a) capital expenditure, local authority gross expenditure £408 million, (b)total new towns and Scottish Housing Association gross investment £74 million and (c) total sales and repayments £106 million, in terms of the original 1982–83 estimate and the provisional outturn for 1982–3.

Mr. Younger
