§ Mr. Stallardasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if, further to his reply of 27 October to the hon. Member for Birmingham, Perry Barr (Mr. Rooker), Official Report, c. 449, how many supplementary beneficiaries who have not been affected by the partial start will have certificates issued by his Department in respect of housing benefit by 4 April 1983; how many current recipients will be floated off supplementary benefit and will fall to be assessed for standard housing benefit; how many of these will be eligible for housing benefit supplement; and how many of the above will be of pensionable age.
