§ Mr. William SheltonIn schools, colleges and universities the curriculum is determined by the appropriate educational bodies, and my right hon. Friend has no powers to intervene. I understand that relevant parts of the curriculum include some studies of the polar regions. My right hon. Friend has no plans to seek to increase this element of educational provision.
