§ Mr. Steenasked the Secretary of State for Defence (1) how long it is expected that the ban on the issue of fishing licences to vessels of Eastern block countries wishing to trade in the Dartmouth estuary will last; and if he will make a statement;
(2) if he will list the occasions in each of the last five years when reasons of national security have led to a decision not to issue licences to Eastern block fishing vessels to trade in the Dartmouth estuary.
