§ Mr. Alexander FletcherI assume my hon. Friend is referring to Davidson Macgregor and Company Limited which has used the trading style Davidson Industries. This company is not in liquidation but a creditor's petition for its compulsory winding up is to be heard on 23 January 1984. If a winding up order is made, the Official Receiver has a statutory duty to investigate. If it is not, ray Department will consider appointing Inspectors.
