§ Mr. Jannerasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he will take steps to ensure that no convicted terrorists will be included in any arrangements for the repatriation of prisoners under the terms of the convention on the transfer of sentenced persons, signed by Her Majesty's Government in 1983.
