§ Mr. ButcherThe National Enterprise Board invested £1 million in Twinlock shares and made a loan of £0.5 million. Ten per cent. of the shares were sold to Scottish American Investment Company plc in June 1982 and the remainder to Acco Corporation in September 1983. A total of £3.9 million was received by the National Enterprise Board from these share sales, as well as repayment of the loan.
