§ Mr. Ian StewartWe have consistently pressed for the reciprocal removal of economic and commercial restrictions remaining between Argentina and the United Kingdom. The message from the Prime Minister to the new Argentine President was intended to pave the way towards more normal relations. We hope that the new Argentine Government will be prepared to respond positively.
