§ Mr. Millanasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will publish in the Official Report the document on which he is consulting health boards and local authorities about changes in the support financing scheme; and from which date he expects changes to be operative.
§ Mr. YoungerI hope to consult interested organisations early next year and copies of the consultation document will be made available to the Library of the House at that time. The date from which any changes to the scheme will take effect will depend upon the outcome of the consultations.
