§ Mr. Lesterasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what resources from the aid programme are devoted to helping Third-world countries to implement the World Health Organisation action programme for essential drugs; and if he will give a breakdown of the major recipient countries and type of assistance in such fields as drug administration regulations and licensing and quality control.
§ Mr. RaisonThe ODA has not received any requests from developing countries for assistance from the aid programme with the implementation of the WHO action programme for essential drugs.
