§ Mr. Geoffrey Finsbergasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he is satisfied with the progress being made by the Greater London council and the London borough of Camden in carrying out their duties under the new civil defence regulations.
§ Mr. HurdThe new civil defence regulations came into force on 1 December and it is too early to comment on the progress being made so far by these authorities.
