§ Mr. David MitchellThe chief constable of the British Transport police is responsible for the administration of the force to the British Transport Police Committee under paragraph 4 of the British Transport Police Force Scheme 1963 (Approval) Order 1964—S.I. 1964, No. 1456—and in accordance with directions from time to time given to him by that committee. There are no plans for changing the statutory instrument.
