§ Mr. WhitneyMr. Rushford was recruited and paid by the Commonwealth Secretariat to act as constitutional adviser to the Governor-General of Grenada. He was subsequently appointed Attorney-General and became ex officio a member of the Governor-General's Advisory36W Council. We understand he resigned his post on 4 December. We were not involved in or consulted about Mr. Rushford's appointment.
