§ Mrs. Rumboldasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will estimate the amount paid by foreign nationals, whose income is earned outside the United Kingdom but who own houses in the United Kingdom, in (a) capital gains tax, (b) income tax, (c) local government rates, (d) stamp duty, (e) capital transfer tax and (f) value added tax.
