asked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry what plans he has for the extension of the industrial boiler conversion scheme from other fuels to coal firing.

asked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry what proposals he has to continue the boiler conversion grant scheme.

Mr. Trippier

The future of the coal firing scheme is still under consideration and I hope an announcement can be made shortly.
