Whether they will propose to our Community partners within the next six months that, as a result of the European Court's recent decision concerning United Kingdom taxation of beer and wine, consideration he given by the Council of Ministers to harmonising the structures of excise duties on all alcoholic beverages throughout the EEC on a basis related to alcoholic strength.
