§ Mr. Kilroy-Silkasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department how many prisoners held on remand in custody for (a) three to six months, (b) six to nine months, (c) nine to 12 months, (d) one year to 18 months, (e) 18 months to two years and (f) over two years were subsequently (i) acquitted or (ii) given non-custodial sentences in the most recent period for which figures are available.
