(2) what information he has as to the average cost of an average cremation for (a) London and (b) the provinces at the latest available date for which figures are available.
§ Dr. BoysonAverage costs of funerals vary widely depending upon the locality and services provided and irrespective of whether they involve burial or cremation. The best estimate that I have is that the average cost of a simple funeral lies between £350 and £600, but I have no information upon which to differentiate between London and the provinces.
