§ Mr. John PattenWhile donkey driving is not normally provided through the National Health Service, we welcome the part played by volunteers in a number of mental handicapped hospitals in arranging donkey driving or riding for the residents, which may help their rehabilitation as well as give them pleasure and exercise.
