§ Mr. John PattenI hope shortly to be in a position to outline the outcome of the current consultation with the representatives of retailers on draft guidelines on voluntary restraint on sales of products containing volatile substances liable to be misused. However, I share their concern that the open publication of full details could encourage and assist experimentation.
