§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeWe are currently considering the report of the chartered accountants, Binder Hamlyn, who have completed a study of the arrangements for forecasting and controlling expenditure on the family practitioners services. We hope to publish the report shortly and seek the views of interested professional organisations and other bodies on the consultants' recommendations.
