asked the Secretary of State for Scotland what is the current take-up of education bursaries available to Scottish school pupils who stay on at school beyond the statutory leaving age.

asked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will list, for each regional authority area, the latest available figures for the numbers of school pupils beyond the school leaving age who are in receipt of education bursaries; and what is the average amount paid out in bursaries.
