§ Mr. Moateasked the Lord Privy Seal if he is able to make any estimate of the cost of introducing the televising of parliamentary proceedings and of the numbers of people who would be involved, including estimates available to him from the broadcasting authorities.
§ Mr. BiffenIt is not possible to make any realistic estimate, either with regard to costs or staffing, without making assumptions about the form of any such broadcasts.
